Welcome back to Talking the Blues with Andy and George Costigan. Last home game of the season, a season that offered so many opportunities but one in which we as a club ultimately failed to take advantage of.
The disappointment is palpable, indeed more than that – unbearable; each season of meeting and failing expectations gets more difficult to bear. We try and be rational and describe why we believe that from the owner to everyone involved in the club, what we offer is not competitive enough despite the intent, desire and goodwill of all involved.
We hope for realism, for change…..
