Roundhouse Capital, Everton’s majority shareholder, have continued to fund Everton’s on-going need for fresh capital through the issue of new shares. Roundhouse Capital is the vehicle majority owned by Dan Friedkin to acquire and fund his Everton acquisition.
On the 31st July 2026 they continued the injections of capital with a further issue of 221,954 shares priced at £175, thereby providing a further £38,841,950 in cash.
The shareholder support by Roundhouse Capital has been impressive to date. Below is a schedule of cash injections made by Roundhouse, the first being the balance sheet repair upon acquisition, removing Moshiri’s shareholder debt, followed by a series of working capital injections as listed below:

The total new cash injected into Everton by Roundhouse Capital since acquisition on 18 December 2024 now stands at £373 million. Contrary to reports elsewhere, Roundhouse did not take up their rights to the dividends paid to minority shareholders, announced on 24th December 2025.
With Everton’s minority shareholders only holding 7,969 shares in total, Roundhouse capital now has a 99.67% majority holding in Everton Football Club Company, Limited.
