Listened to this weeks podcast – very good you seem to infer that keeping the same player under New manager will yield different result – keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result is a sign of madness – I have supported Everton for over 50 years – it is time for Revolution not evolution as the last 27 years have been very very poor – the Chairman is a constant- there is a start , nothing will change this season – 8th at best – that is the ambition of the current board and shareholder – badly run on and off the pitch
