On the 26th August 2026, Everton Football club confirmed a new capital raise amounting to £13.8 million, with 79,000 new shares issued to the club’s majority shareholders Roundhouse Capital, at a price of £175 a share. The shares were issued on 27th July 2026.

The most recent share issue brings the total capital injection into Everton by Roundhouse to £386 million.

Total shares in issue now stand at 2,499,889 of which 7,969 remain in the hands of minority shareholders
