  2. As always gentlemen, I enjoyed listening to your podcast. It’s so refreshingly grounded, informative and simply real. In an online world infested by click bait hyperbolic nonsense, it’s almost like I’m sat in a room with friends listening in on a conversation.
    Your points on advertising are spot on and I totally agree with George’s sentiment that the clubs have ‘utmost contempt’ for the fanbase. The unfortunate truth is, they have now for years and it’s sad to see. It’s why I like to reminisce alot when it comes to Everton and even football in general, because those days are gone forever! I was a young teenager when Everton were THE team in the mid 80’s until the other lot ruined things for us, a time I feel fortunate to have witnessed eventhough most of it was spent as a padbrat, with my Dad having been based in West Germany with the British Army at the time. That’s another story, but I look forward to far more from you all…🙏
