Thanks for the update. It seems a relatively small amount, I am wondering, What is the point?

  2. The detail that stands out is the share price of £175 against 79,000 new shares, while minority holdings are now down to just 7,969 of 2,499,889 total shares — a dilution ratio worth tracking over time. It would be useful to compare the £175 per-share price with the implied valuation at earlier Roundhouse injections to see whether later capital has been raised at a premium or a discount. A simple timeline chart of cumulative capital versus shares in issue would make that trend much easier to read than the current prose.
