  1. Paul, I have a question about the £200M loan to the Friedkin Group.

    Presumably, the loan agreement features an ability for them to block future bidders from buying the club (ala RMF & MSP), protecting their interests. Presumably TFG would have to show genuine cause and not unreasonably block a credible bidder, but that’s a side note.

    Is it possible TFG view the situation as an opportunity to park their money in the club (which is secured against Moshiri’s shares & BMD), wait for the Leadenhall vs. 777 civil case to be resolved, after which they would be in a position to call in the debt and assume ownership of Moshiri’s shares + BMD and negotiate the 777 loan value?
