Just listening to your podcast which I always enjoy.
I was fascinated by your comment that Moyes ‘isn’t close to the players’. George and Andy didn’t question you on this. I appreciate you appear to have close contacts within the club so am not doubting what you say. However, being close to players seems fundamental to a Manager’s role so would be grateful if you could clarify how he is operating and what not being close means? I had always assumed he was very much a ‘hands on’ Manager.
